Just a short drive from all major urban centres, this convenient venue is situated on a quiet 143 acres in Waterford, Ontario. This all-season venue offers flexible options for your event without the challenge of a long-distance commute.
Eight semi-detached cabins are available for your group’s accommodation needs. Fully winterized, they include a total of 212 twin-sized beds spread across 48 bedrooms. Each cabin has a full and half bathroom shared between the three bedrooms. Please note that bedding is not provided.

Main Building
Dining Hall
The dining hall is a large open space that can accommodate up to 250 people. It includes a state of the art commercial kitchen, and is connected to the Annaleise Carr Activity Hall. With accessible washrooms and wifi access, it is sure to be a main hub for your event.
Annaleise Carr Activity Hall
This beautiful open space boasts hard wood floors and a double-sided fireplace. The space has a house AV system and wifi access and is large and flexible enough to accommodate many of your event’s needs, including keynote addresses, breakout workshops and central gatherings.
Cabins
Eight semi-detached cabins are available for your group’s accommodation needs. Fully winterized, together they include a total of 208 twin-sized beds spread across 48 bedrooms. Each cabin has a full and half bathroom shared between the three bedrooms.

Lounges
Rainbow Lake offers two separate lounge buildings. Both are flexible multi-use spaces with ample space, including couches and tables for various program needs. Each building has a capacity for 50 guests.
Arts & Crafts
The arts & crafts building is centrally located and ready for your creativity. The space is filled with workstations and tables that can comfortably accommodate 20 guests working on various projects.
The Bell Tower
The Bell Tower is located on the shore of Rainbow Lake, a short walk from the main building. Its houses an indoor climbing wall and an accessible observation deck.

Beat the heat in our very own outdoor pool and splash pad. *Seasonal availability varies

Yes, each group that rents our facilities must provide us with a Certificate of Insurance, and each participant must sign the necessary waivers.
No pets are allowed on the site, including service animals, unless written authorization is granted in advance.
Waterford is a five-minute drive away. Simcoe is 15-minutes away, Brantford and Hamilton are 45 minutes away.
Alcohol is permitted on a case-by-case basis.
