Campfire Circle Muskoka is a beautifully updated, modern, and accessible facility situated on 400 wooded acres surrounding our private lake just minutes from the picturesque town of Rosseau, Ontario.
The facility boasts flexible breakout spaces, ample comfortable and winterized accommodations and wifi access, all nestled in the beautiful picturesque Muskoka. With countless program options to choose from we are confident Campfire Circle Muskoka will be a perfect location to create a memorable event.

Spaces for rent
Gatts' Lodge
The fully accessible Gatts’ Lodge dining hall is over 6700 square feet and can accommodate up to 320 people. It includes a state of the art commercial kitchen, and beautiful indoor/outdoor fireplace. The space is large enough to accommodate your meals as well as offer programing space. It also has wifi access.

Winterized accommodations
We have seven bright, spacious bunkhouses available for your group’s accommodation needs. Each bunkhouse is fully winterized with a total of 244 twin-sized beds spread across 45 bedrooms, multiple accessible and all-gender washrooms, Wi-Fi laundry and numerous breakout/meeting spaces. Please note that bedding is not provided.

Flexible housing units
Subject to availability. 4 townhouse-style units, each with three bedrooms. Every unit has a
kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry and a porch. With breathtaking views of the lake, these
units are sure to instill a sense of calm and serenity—an ideal home away from home.

The Barn
Campfire Circle Muskoka’s recreation facility known as “the barn” is a multi-use flex space, which has a gymnasium and stage, and houses sporting equipment and leisure games like billiards, ping-pong, and air hockey. The Barn also has accessible washrooms.

Slaight Arts & Music
With views overlooking the lake, this unique collection of creative spaces that includes a music room, recording studio, arts & crafts room and large porch that can be used as breakout space or for activities. The Slaight Arts & Music building has its own washrooms and office/work spaces.

Other meeting spaces
Dotted across Campfire Circle Muskoka are a variety of office/work spaces and a small boardroom that can be used to host meetings, or other smaller/independent or individualized programs. These spaces have access to wifi and are in close proximity to accessible washrooms.

Campitheatre
This newly built and fully-accessible outdoor theatre style meeting place which can hold up to 360 people. Overlooking the water, the Campitheatre has a stage and two fire pits and radiates a true camp feeling. It is a perfect spot to gather day or night as it includes theatre-style lighting. An ideal space to share ideas, host a keynote, and enjoy the beauty of the property.

There are a total of 244 twin-sized beds in seven bunkhouses and 12 double/queen beds in our flex townhouses. Specific room capacities are depended on furniture setup. Bedding is not provided.
We have a preferred catering company that we use, but we are also open to alternative catering options. *Please note that this facility is a nut-free environment.

Yes, all program participants will need to sign the necessary waivers.
Rosseau is a ten-minute drive away. Bracebridge, Huntsville and Parry Sound are 25-30 min away.
