About Campfire Circle Downtown

Our large open-space venue in downtown Toronto is the ideal setting to host your next formal board meeting, workshop, lecture or corporate team-building event.

Our Event Space can accommodate up to 100 guests; the building also features a rooftop patio overlooking the city, a working kitchen, 20-person boardroom, sports court and an indoor climbing wall.

Parking is available close by and the TTC is steps away.

Spaces for rent

Event space

The main event space is a 4,200 square foot space with A/V system and fully equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodates up to 100 people. Tables, chairs, four 42” wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and room dividers are available.


The Campfire Circle Downtown boardroom is a 330-square-foot space that can accommodate up to 20 people. The space includes an A/V system, a teleconference phone and a white board.

Sports court

This flexible 1260 square foot space is perfect for sports, team-building activities, pottery and crafts. It also functions well as an additional meeting/breakout space that can accommodate up to 40 people.

Rock wall

Our two-story indoor rock-climbing tower and bouldering area can add another level to your day. We provide the equipment and facilitators, and you bring your sense of adventure. *Subject to staffing availability.

Rooftop patio

This 3,500 square foot outdoor area offers spectacular views of downtown Toronto for up to 60 people. It is equipped with a small gazebo, and can include seating.

What is the Event Space capacity?

The Event Space capacity is 100 people and the Sports Court capacity is 40 people. Specific room capacities are depend on furniture setup.

Do you have AV equipment?

Yes, we have a projector and screen, multiple TV screens, speakers, a microphone and a laptop.

Do you have tables & chairs?

We have twelve 6′ tables and 75 chairs available for use throughout the building. The boardroom is typically set for 20 people around boardroom table.

Do we have access to a kitchen?

Yes, the kitchen includes two ovens, two microwaves, a stove and a dishwasher. Dishware not provided*

Can I bring my own caterer/food?

Yes, you can. We can also suggest caterers that we use as well. *Please note that this facility is a nut-free environment.

Can I serve alcohol?

Alcohol can be served on a case-by-case basis. Events with alcohol consumption require a City of Toronto Special Occasion permit, smart serve certified servers and a security guard. Please speak with us about our preferred security vendors.

Do you host weddings?

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials, and thank you for your interest in renting our site.

Unfortunately, we are not currently booking our sites for weddings, as we are not equipped with the resources to support these types of events.
